When asked if we’re available to help out on the new brand film for Huawei’s new smartwatch launch, we’re intrigued by the brief. Creating a bespoke score and sound design piece for a visual macro exploration of the elements and manufacturing process for the first ever wearable watch made with sapphire crystal glass sounds like a dream project. So we dive in, and imagine a scintillating strings score with finely crafted and delicate sound design, channelling a feeling of luxury, timelessness, and meticulous workmanship, reflecting the brand values of this exciting new product.
